I'm Jerry Warwick from Dallas, Tx and I run a weekly swing dance on Wednesday nights.
I am also an event DJ and Emcee. It is an honor to emcee and DJ wedding receptions as well as other special events like birthdays, fund raisers, retirement celebrations, roasts, reunions, food festivals and corporate parties.

When I first became a Professional Wedding Disc Jockey my conscious decision was never to become a high-volume company. I believe in working fewer events in order to give you more attention and personalized service. After all, you're hosting a very special event so my top priorities are to make it both fun and memorable.
Because emcee skills play a key role in timing, flow, presentation and organization of all these special gatherings, every event needs someone to direct, guide and keep those attending informed of what is about to happen. This is particularly important when their participation is required. At a wedding reception it is especially important that the guests are engaged in the ceremonies and that all announcements are clearly understood.
The emcee has a responsibility to the bride and groom at their wedding because he/she represents them to their guests. At a party the emcee represents the host or the event sponsor to their respective audiences. I relish that responsibility and respect the microphone because I want to deliver the best possible presentation on your behalf.
